As a Fulfillment Analyst, you provide a supporting role to the customer fulfillment and reverse logistics team. You will perform daily tasks to resolve issues in operations, communicate with the 3PL warehouse and maintain data and reporting as required by the team.
Essential Functions:
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehousing via 3PL management
- Basic understanding of transportation LTL, FTL, parcel
- Navigation of Oracle to check on hand inventory, material transactions, PO receipts, SO order status, shipments and running reports/requests from the system
- Prioritize reviewing order changes and communicate to 3PL warehouse
- Review and resolution of daily discrepancies in inventory levels with 3PL warehouse
- Review and resolution of daily mismatches on inbound receipts with buyer and 3PL warehouse
- Append excel report with weekly transportation spend and assign cost center based on order booking in Oracle
- Maintain monthly reverse logistics invoice/spend reporting
- Review monthly duty charges and confirm cost center
- Various daily/weekly support tasks including manage return cancellations with OM, update incorrect bookings with OM, submit CI via email to 3PL warehouse, check and work with OM for eSW bounces, run cost report 3xs weekly for 3PL warehouse.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to support the customer fulfillment and reverse logistics teams independently within the company.
- Prior experience in logistics, or reverse logistics operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills are required.
- Advanced computer and problem solving skills.
- Ability to respond to internal customer inquiries professionally and effectively

Education & Experience:
- Three (3) or more years’ experience required with logistics focus.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills. Excel, Outlook
- Experience with Oracle completing inventory transactions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects is required
- Experience in a Logistics, and/or Supply Chain environment
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $40-61/Hr
