Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and enhance Cube Views, Report Books, Guided Reports, and Narrative Reporting packages in OneStream. 
• Design and manage extensible documents and spreadsheets for customized reporting.
• Leverage Parcel Services to automate report generation and distribution.
• Apply general accounting and financial reporting principles to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with FP&A and accounting teams to support financial close, consolidation, and reporting activities.
• Understand and apply accounting logic when creating OneStream reports and business rules.
• Use SQL and VB.NET (when applicable) to support data integrations, queries, and script enhancements within OneStream.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable reports.
• Work with stakeholders to gather current-state requirements.
• Translate them into future-state OneStream reporting solutions.
• Conduct unit testing and peer reviews on all deliverables.
• Work with internal QA and UAT teams to ensure final deliverables meet business needs.
• Ensure reports and configurations are accurate, well-documented, and user-friendly.
• Provide outstanding service to internal customers and respond promptly to reporting and data issues.
• Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations teams to implement solutions effectively.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of

• Various reporting methods within OneStream including Cube Views, Report Books, Guided Reporting, Narrative Reporting, Parcel Service, and extensible documents and spreadsheets
• General accounting and financial reporting principles
• Knowledge of SQL,VB.net and relevant technologies a plus

Ability to

• Develop and maintain various reporting solutions in OneStream, including but not limited to OneStream XF Cube Views, Report Books, Guided Reporting configuration, Narrative Reporting packages, Parcel Service packages, and extensible documents and spreadsheets
• Maintain business rules within OneStream in support of the development and maintenance of various reporting requests
• Translate current state into business requirements for future state reporting within OneStream, including working with internal partners to clarify requirements
• Perform unit testing and self-review of the deliverables before handing them off for internal QA and UAT testing, which requires a strong attention to detail
• Constructively work under pressure and produce a high volume of assignments using strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal customers and foster team cohesiveness, cooperation and effectiveness within the team and across the organization.
• Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels.
• Think logically and to analyze and solve problems.
•  Understand accounting principles
• OneStream system and report development experience required, Hyperion (HFM) system experience strongly preferred
• Experience showing a strong knowledge of financial processes, including experience with financial reporting, financial close, consolidations, and FP&A.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $51.72/hour - $68.97/hour
