Job Title: Pharmacy Operations Senior Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Delivers specific delegated Pharmacy Operations tasks assigned by a supervisor. 
• Completes day-to-day Pharmacy Call Center. 
• Proficient in all basic customer service areas. 
• Tasks are of moderate complexity, and may need guidance to complete more complex requests. 
• Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. 
• Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.

Skills

• Microsoft Office; 
• Basic Analysis Skills. 
   

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Pharmacy Tech License, Preferred.

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation) 
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $18.00/hour-$19.00/ hour.
