This position is a temporary assignment. As a contractor, you’ll be employed by Magnit, not The Cigna Group or any subsidiaries of The Cigna Group.

LOCATION & SCHEDULE
This is a fully remote position open to qualified candidates across the US.

Remote Working Requirements:
Must have a hard-wired internet connection to plug into the equipment - Wi-Fi will not be sufficient

Internet speeds must be at least 25Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload.

8:00am – 4:30pm CST
MUST be able to support a CST schedule

ROLE OVERVIEW – Operations Representative

Responsibilities:

• Processing provider applications
• Inbound/Outbound calling/emailing – Reaching out to providers/offices to obtain required documentation and additional information as needed
• Negotiate out a discount for services
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Maintain contracts and contacts within a tracking system
• Process required paperwork for providers to join the network
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Ability to switch projects based on business needs
• Growth in this position can include but is not limited to:
• Outbound calling: Recruiting providers to join Cigna’s dental network
• Build relationships, share network options and perks of joining to gain interest

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation) 
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $17.00/hour-$20.00/ hour. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met)
