Business Analytics Lead Analyst (QA Team) Job Description:
The QA and Testing Lead Analyst has proven knowledge of application testing methodologies as they relate to the business area being supported. Responsibilities include: testing enhancements and maintenance features in QA and Production environment; the ability to create test cases and test scripts, expertise in test strategy, test plan preparation and implementation, documenting test scenarios; experience in Automation, Functional, Regression and Data testing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Proven knowledge and experience of application testing methodologies as they relate to the business area being supported
· Extensive experience in creating Test Plans, Test Strategy, Test Estimations, Test Scenarios, Test Data Preparation and Configuration, and Test Implementation
· Knowledge of QA tools and applications writing and reviewing test scripts using TestScipt, JavaScript and Java
· Expertise in QA Automation frameworks for regression and end to end testing using Playwright
· Proficient in writing queries through SQL to perform data validation · Experience in the Healthcare industry working with data domains in pharmacy, provider, and medical claims
· Ability to work in an Agile environment tracking projects through JIRA
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s Degree in Science, MIS, or related field or 5+ years relevant experience
· Working knowledge of Microsoft application software (i.e., Word, Excel)
· Experience with QA application tools like Playwright, Selenium, GitHub, SonarQube, Git Hub Copilot, MS CoPilot, Cursor, Langsmith
· Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with other departments
· Ability to work within an Agile framework utilizing CI/CD
· Experience with pharmacy and healthcare data is preferred
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $50/hour-$54/hour
