Job Title: Provider Contracting Representative

Location/Schedule Notes:
This is a fully remote working role open to eligible candidates within the US.

Schedule Notes

• Monday - Friday between the hours of 08:00 am and 06:00 pm local time. 
• Candidates will be supporting the CENTRAL time zone
• Must be available to work 08:00 am -04:30 PM CST for training for the first 3 weeks.

Systems Requirements:

• Candidates must have a hard-wired internet connection to plug into the equipment – 
• (Wi-Fi will not suffice. Satellite internet is not compatible with the equipment)
• Internet speeds must be at least 10Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling: Recruiting providers to join Cigna’s dental network
• Build relationships, share network options and perks of joining to gain interest
• Negotiate discounts with dental providers for dental services
• Process contracts and track contacts within computer systems
• Process required paperwork for providers to join the network
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Ability to switch projects based on business needs
• Ability to focus uninterrupted in a dedicated secure home workspace during scheduled business hours

• Phone Etiquette – Inbound/Outbound calls
• Intermediate to Advanced Computer Knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Strong organization, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail
• Sales Experience is a plus
• Dental Office Experience is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)

Education:
High School Diploma

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)  
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $17.00/hour-$20.00/hour
