Location/Schedule Notes:

Part-time position: 3 days/week (8-hour days). Bloomfield, CT is the primary location, but would accept candidates in NYC as a secondary choice. Remote Option as consideration

Responsibilities:
This position will support the Individual and Family Plans business unit with responsibility for developing and executing legally required customer communications.  Working with the Marketing Strategy team, this position will partner with enterprise and business unit compliance teams to identify, develop and execute communications to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations across all customer marketing channels for the Medical and Dental businesses.  This role will also work on ad hoc projects that could relate to Open Enrollment or Special Enrollment, Dental digital work with a new enrollment site, and miscellaneous marketing support for our broker marketing analysts. This person should have some broad exposure to legal and regulatory compliance in health care marketing and experience in managing the execution of marketing.  Traditional marketing competencies around effective messaging and brand alignment are critical. The successful candidate for this role will be a self-directed, proactive individual who brings a natural intellectual curiosity and appetite for action to the role and is comfortable with a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to take direction on a project and see it through to completion.  

  • Submit and manage all marketing assets to Marketing Compliance for reviews, edits and approvals
  • Manage the state filing of assets approved by Marketing Compliance
  • Assist with ad-hoc marketing projects related to the IFP marketing team Detailed Responsibilities
  • Become proficient with the Marketing Compliance process flows
  • Manage 100+ marketing materials through the compliance and state filing process
  • Ensure all materials with edits are updated, corrected, or change in accordance with Marketing Compliance direction
  • Work with the digital marketing team to update all web pages with compliance-approved content and state filing requirements (medical and dental)
  • Attend weekly status calls with all stakeholders to ensure work is being completed in a timely manner to avoid delays or compliance/state filing issues 

Qualifications:

  • Two-years college, Bachelor's degree in preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience at an Enterprise-level marketing team
  • Experience using work management systems such as Wrike, Workfront, Asana or Monday; Wrike Certified Professional a plus
  • Experience with insurance/financial compliance regulations preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment  

 

 

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)  

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $40.00/hour-$52.11/hour
