This position is a temporary assignment. As a contractor, you’ll be employed by Magnit, not The Cigna Group or any subsidiaries of The Cigna Group.

Duties

Delivers professional activities in the Business Project Management job family. 

Defines, develops and provides information and analysis to drive the decision-making process and support business operations for internal and external customers. 

May assist with researching, analyzing and recommending operational policies/processes/ procedures to standardize and develop best practices for the organization. 

Position requires developing skills such as project management, leadership, and business expertise. 

Tactical focus, expertise in at least one business process area, works with guidance to scope, plan and manage small-scale, department projects. 

Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas. 

Provides standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyses for review. 

May provide guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior members of the team in Business Project Management.

Education

High School Diploma required, Bachelors preferred

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)  

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $20.00/hour-$26.00/hour
