Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm CST Training Schedule - 8am - 3:30pm CST for the 1st week

100% Remote, USA
 

Requirements: 

• Candidates must have a hard-wired internet connection to plug into the equipment - Wi-Fi will not suffice. Satellite internet is not compatible with the equipment and internet speeds must be at least 10Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload.
• Computer knowledge should include being able to set up equipment and troubleshoot with IT regarding any issues as they will be responsible for the set up.  
• Please indicate location on resume and confirm internet requirements are met.

Responsibilities may Include: 

• Outbound calling: Recruiting providers to join Cigna’s dental network
• Build relationships, share network options and perks of joining to gain interest
• Negotiate discounts with dental providers for dental services
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Process contracts and track contacts within computer systems
• Process required paperwork for providers to join the network
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to switch projects based on business needs

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)  

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $16.00/hour-$21.00/hour
