This position is a temporary assignment. As a contractor, you’ll be employed by Magnit, not The Cigna Group or any subsidiaries of The Cigna Group.

Location/Schedule Notes: 

Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm CST Training Schedule - 8am - 3:30pm CST for 1st week 100% Remote
 

Requirements: 
 

• Candidates must have a hard-wired internet connection to plug into the equipment - Wi-Fi will not suffice. Satellite internet is not compatible with the equipment and internet speeds must be at least 25Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload.  
• Computer knowledge should include being able to set up equipment and troubleshoot with IT regarding any issues as they will be responsible for the set up. 
• Please indicate location on resume and confirm internet requirements are met.  

Initial Responsibilities Include:  

• Processing provider applications
• Inbound/Outbound calling/emailing – Reaching out to providers/offices to obtain required documentation and additional information as needed
• Negotiate out a discount for services
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Maintain contracts and contacts within a tracking system
• Process required paperwork for providers to join the network
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Ability to switch projects based on business needs

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)  

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $16.00/hour-$21.00/hour
