ROLE OVERVIEW:

Front Desk Professional requested for busy Employer-Based Clinic

Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Clinical Operations
. 
Responsible for greeting patients, verifying insurance coverage and eligibility, reviewing new patient registration, and entering new patient information into the computer system. 

Manage busy phones and handle routine issues to assist with resolution.

Good knowledge and understanding of Medical Receptionist duties and business/operating processes and procedures. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Similar Experience within Healthcare or Medical Facilities, strongly preferred

Knowledge of Clinical Terminology and Insurance, strongly preferred.

MS Office, MS Outlook

EPIC (MyChart)

Excellent Customer Service experience

Excellent Communication skills

Multi-tasking skills to manage concurrent tasks, a must. 

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)  

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $16.00/hour-$18.00/ hour  Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met)
