Job Title: Operating Effectiveness Senior Advisor
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:
This is a fully remote role open to candidates across the US.
Training and Work Schedule will be EST based
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm EST
ROLE SUMMARY
The Operating Effectiveness and Change Management Senior Advisor will provide expert support for the transformational change efforts across enterprise initiatives. This role partners across workstreams and organizational leaders to facilitate adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes impacting colleagues, helping to increase benefit realization, value creation, and achievement of results. The Senior Advisor focuses on the people side of change, supporting the creation and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize stakeholder adoption and minimize resistance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Align change management activities to strategic goals and objectives of the initiative and organization.
Support the development and integration of change management plans into overall transformation initiatives, leveraging industry-standard methodologies.
Partner with Portfolio Optimization & Execution and other teams to ensure close alignment of change activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand, manage, and reinforce change using key methods and tools (stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness and resistance plans, adoption/action plans).
Help define and measure success metrics, monitor change progress and adoption, and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Assist in identifying key success measures, leveraging employee feedback and assessing adoption, utilization, and proficiency of change.
Support the development of communication and messaging strategies in partnership with the content strategy team.
Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies and plans.
Help coordinate activities related to organizational change management and end user readiness.
Assist with stakeholder and change impact analysis, identifying potential project impacts/risks and developing mitigation plans.
Support initiatives to develop employees’ understanding and acceptance of impacts on job roles, policies, technology, and business practices.
Collaborate with process teams to ensure new process and technology design elements are communicated to impacted colleagues.
Facilitate meetings and deliver presentations as required.
Maintain strong working relationships with project teams and stakeholders at multiple levels.
Assist with issue tracking, reporting, and resolution.
Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders as requested.
SKILLS
5+ years of experience in Change Management, Operational Effectiveness, or Process Improvement, within Enterprise environments
Expertise in organizational business processes and workflows.
Excellent Stakeholder Engagement skills: strong communication, collaboration and ability to gain consensus and buy-in
Prior hands-on experience with Integrations/ Migrations to new systems and platforms. Preferred
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, including with Technology and Branding teams
Ability to synthesize complex issues and support implementation of solutions
Demonstrated experience supporting large transformational programs with significant change management impacts.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work in a matrixed environment and support multiple teams.
Detail-oriented, with proven prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree. Required
Prosci® Change Management Practitioner, Required
Prosci® Advanced Certified Instructor, preferred
SAFe® Certification, PMI Certification, and/or Six Sigma training preferred.
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation):
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $58.00/hour-$66.00/hour
