SAC Solutions Architect(Contract)

This role is a contract assignment at Palo Alto Networks. Contractors will not be employed by Palo Alto Networks but through our trusted staffing partners.

Palo Alto Networks is looking for a SAC Consultant - Contractor to work with a dynamic team and is a great opportunity for a talented individual who has the desire to associate with a fast-growing company in a truly international environment.

• Location - Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid) or USA remote
• Duration -  5 months 

Duties

As a SAC Solutions Architect, responsible for design and implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud. Must be able to connect to various data sources, Code the cloud application designer to develop logic in SAC. SAC planning expert who can configure data actions and multi actions .Work on plan to position and other enhancements and ongoing operations.

Skills

• Experience with Planning and Budgeting systems and modules including, cost center, profit center, internal orders, project planning, capital expense planning, operational planning, overhead planning, headcount planning, and internal order planning
• Experience in creating story canvas, responsive, grid, Smart Discovery, advanced story designing blending data, formulas, cross calculations, input controls, linked analysis.

• SAC planning skills - 

•  Advanced allocations
• Experience in forecast functionality like rolling forecasts
• Simulations and Versioning
• Distributions with Planning Panels
• New Model Calculations
• Data Audit, Validation, and Derivation

• Well versed in visualizations and their usage charts, tables, maps, filters, dropdown menus, hiding functions, interactive objects.
• Ability to work as a visualization expert to implement the best visualization stories for customer’s business KPI’s

Education

Bachelors in Computers/Information Technology with 10+years of experience

Compensation

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location.  For candidates who receive an offer,this is the pay range that Magnit (the staffing agency) reasonably expects to pay for this position: $160/hour to $170/hour. Please note that the compensation information in this posting reflects the hourly wage only and does not include benefits.  Magnit offers Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K.
