CX Contract Specialist

End‑to‑end BPO contract and amendment support

  • Support the end‑to‑end lifecycle for CX BPO contracts and amendments (SOWs, security addenda, change orders, and terminations).
  • Draft initial SOWs and contract changes from approved templates, incorporating business requirements and inputs from CX, Vendor Management (VM), and VGSO.
  • Coordinate internal redline reviews with sourcing, legal, security, VM, and operations; consolidate feedback and track decision logs.

Contract repositories, trackers, and matrices

  • Maintain central CX contract repositories for all active CX BPO MSAs, SOWs, and amendments, following agreed folder structures and naming conventions.
  • Keep contract trackers and matrices up to date with key terms such as: ramp‑down and termination notice periods, contract end dates, rate tables and COLA, seat commitments, and SLAs/penalties.
  • Support VGSO in producing recurring contract status updates (e.g. bi‑weekly contract status reports), including pulling status details and drafting concise updates for leadership and stakeholders.

Template and documentation maintenance

  • Maintain and periodically refresh BPO SOW templates as business requirements change, partnering closely with Sourcing and VGSO.
  • Track and document template deltas by vendor or geography, and help drive convergence back to standard terms wherever possible.
  • Support creation and upkeep of contract management playbooks, filing standards, and RACI documentation so that contract processes remain well‑documented.

Cross‑functional coordination & sequencing of changes

  • Partner with internal teams to sequence contract changes (e.g., renewals, rate updates, security amendments, device procedures) in a way that minimizes operational and financial risk.
  • Coordinate contract intake and Zip submissions through a standardized intake process, ensuring requests are complete, properly categorized, and traceable from intake to signature and filing.
  • Track dependencies and follow up with owners to keep contract work moving through the lifecycle.

Required experience & skills

  • 3+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, sourcing, vendor management, or CX operations, ideally supporting BPO or outsourced service contracts.
  • Hands‑on experience drafting and managing SOWs, MSAs, and contract amendments from templates, coordinating redline reviews, and maintaining clean version control across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage many contracts and change requests in flight, prioritize effectively, and keep trackers, matrices, and repositories accurate and up to date.
  • Excellent written communication skills; able to summarize complex contract terms into clear, concise summaries and change logs for both legal and non‑legal audiences.
  • Detail‑oriented and comfortable working with structured data (spreadsheets, trackers, matrices) to track key contract terms, rates, and timelines.
  • Proficiency with G Suite (Docs/Sheets/Drive) and comfort using workflow or CLM tools (e.g., Asana, Zip/Ironclad, Jira) to manage intake, approvals, and filing.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience supporting BPO contracts or working within a BPO vendor, with familiarity around call center statements of work, rate cards, and performance SLAs.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or other highly regulated environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Legal Studies, or a related field
