Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Training and Documentation Specialist to support the rollout and adoption of Oracle Cloud ERP within our supply chain & Logistics operations. This role will focus on creating, updating, and delivering training materials and process documentation for Oracle modules including Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Forward Logistics, Reverse Logistics, and Issue to Resolution (I2R).
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, strong documentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand existing supply chain processes and identify gaps or manual workarounds in the future ERP state.
  • Develop comprehensive training documentation for Oracle Cloud modules:
  • Order Management
  • Inventory
  • Purchasing
  • Forward Logistics
  • Reverse Logistics
  • Issue to Resolution (I2R)
  • Update standard operating procedures (within ERP) and process documentation outside of ERP( e.g. CRM) due to changes/impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to gather requirements and assess impacts.
  • Create user-friendly content for training programs
  • Review, edit, and finalize training content iterations produced by internal teams or vendors (e.g., PwC/OCM).
  • Facilitate and deliver training sessions (in-person and virtual) to end-users and extended teams.
  • Drive adoption and change management efforts through effective communication and documentation.
  • Maintain version control and accessibility of training materials and process documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in training and documentation for ERP systems (Oracle Cloud ERP preferred).
  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes and workflows.
  • Experience developing documentation and delivering training across functional teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office like Visio and Powerpoint tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and integration points with ERP.
  • Background in logistics or manufacturing environments.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $49-63/Hr
