The MarTech Strategy and Activation Lead is part of the Marketing Technology team of the Commercial and Launch Strategy, International organization. The MarTech team endeavors to define, deliver and scale the right technology products that enable international countries and regions to create and deploy high-value customer experiences and engagement.
This role will support our product portfolio and market activations. The Lead will define holistic end-to-end portfolio, program and activation strategies for all MarTech products, including training and deployment, and scaled solutions. This role will require establishing strong governance, operating structures and ways of working that align with our organizational processes and market stakeholders.
In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to enhance product adoption and user satisfaction. This role involves enabling market scalability, training, adoption as well as measurements of market consistency and user satisfaction. This role will support design and manage the MarTech demand management processes. The role will collaborate closely with the portfolio manager and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement..
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Establish consistent high standards for strategic program and change management, from inception to delivery to successful market activations, across the portfolio of solutions.
• Establish a strong MarTech programs and portfolio management standards and framework, defining the approach to operational leadership and collaboration with multiple groups and stakeholders
• Define and deploy a sound approach to market scalability, training, adoption, measurement of maturity and pull-through of solutions, as well as measurement on consistency and user satisfaction
• Create a strong governance and demand management capability to prioritize new product opportunities.
• Ensure feedback loop with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Technology stakeholders to understand goals and gaps, and develop new engagement strategies that advance goals.
• Partner closely with project leads from DDIT to ensure the framework proposed aligns with the Integrated Product management concepts.
• Define and evolve the operating model with Sn Director Strategy and Activation as well as key stakeholders in the organisation including Snr Leadership.
• Able to see a complex projects from a "big picture"/strategic level; able to communicate a clear vision for this program and able to set direction for the team; able to translate strategy into concrete actions with diverse teams. Able to deal with ambiguity
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• 10+ years of experience in strategic program management, delivery of MarTech related projects, PMO leadership, internal communications, training and activation programs.
• Experience managing and influencing relationships at the senior level; ability to present and interact with all levels of management.
• Experience with stakeholder & customer management within complex global organizations
• Proven ability to implement, support, and track multiple programs under strict timelines.
• Solid understanding of project management including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk.
• Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Effective presentation development and delivery skills are a must.

Pay Rate: $130 - $140/hr based on experience and qualifications (W2 Only)
