Product Change and Training Lead
The Change & Training Manager plays a pivotal role within the Content Enablement (CE) Team. This team’s mission is to enable a seamless ecosystem for planning, creating, managing and publishing impactful content. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change & Training Manager to lead and manage change initiatives and training programs for the end users across the planning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies, creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and ensuring smooth transitions during periods of change.
Major Activities
• Change Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage changes within identified system(s) and ways of working effectively, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption. Identify business process(es), technology and people impacts of change across different user and stakeholder groups
• Risk Management: Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address them
• Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance end user skills and knowledge, ensuring they are well-prepared for new features and releases within the system(s)
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders to gain support and alignment for change initiatives, and maintain open lines of communication
• Communication: Create and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders and users in-formed and engaged throughout the change process
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of change and training programs, using feedback and data to make continuous improvements
• Planning: Partner with the product team and other stakeholders to integrate change considerations into release management and planning
Education (minimum/desirable):
Bachelors degree
Experience/skills required:
1. 4+ years of proven experience as a change & training manager, preferably in a product-focused environment.
2. Excellent verbal/written communication skills and presentation skills to convey information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders
3. Expertise in designing and delivering effective training programs tailored to different learning styles and needs (virtual, in person or self-paced)
4. Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills
5. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges
6. Experience working with agile teams, having a continuous improvement mindset and other core principles of agile
7. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
8. Have a discovery and growth mindset.
9. Commitment to lead on Novartis defined values & behaviors.
10. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to tailor communications to different audiences including leadership teams.
11. Familiarity with common tools used at Novartis and within the Content Enablement team such as Jira, MIRO, Sharepoint
Location: East Hanover, NJ(Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $63 - $82.14/hr based on experience and qualifications (W2 Only)
Contract: 12 month
