As a contractor at Pinterest, you will be employed by Magnit Global on a direct (W2 or local equivalent) basis. Magnit has a long-standing relationship with Pinterest to provide third-party payroll and employer of record (EOR) services for individuals on temporary assignments. Magnit is also the sole party responsible for issuing benefits such as medical, dental, and paid time off (PTO).

The timeline for filling each open assignment varies. If selected for initial submission, you will receive regular updates from the CW Recruiter on whether you’ll be moving forward in the screening process, what to expect, etc.
All assignment postings on the CWTC should be considered temporary support roles with a specific end date. Contractors may be considered for Pinterest employee roles at a future date, along with other external public applicants.
