Integrated Marketing Manager, Business Marketing, US (Contractor)
Job description:
The Pinterest Business Marketing team is made up of highly skilled marketing generalists who flex across strategy, project management, cross-functional leadership, industry thought leadership, event execution, and creative collaboration. Most importantly, we create engaging, inspirational work that captures hearts and minds while driving business impact.
As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will lead day-to-day planning and execution of two major advertiser-facing programs in the US from October 2026 through May 2027 (including CES '27 and Shoptalk '27). This role is best suited for a strong business marketer with event execution experience — not a pure event planner. We are looking for someone who can independently manage workstreams, navigate stakeholders, and deliver a polished experience for executive and advertiser audiences.
The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, excellent project management skills, and a sharp understanding of culture, trends, and what makes experiences feel fresh, differentiated, and creatively ambitious. While this role does not own creative development, you should be comfortable working within brand guidelines, reviewing materials, and providing clear, actionable feedback. You should also be comfortable using AI and emerging tools to work efficiently and strengthen execution.
What you’ll do:
Lead day-to-day execution of major advertiser-facing tentpole programs in the US (e.g., CES '27 and Shoptalk '27)
Manage timelines, workbacks, deliverables, and cross-functional communications
Drive alignment across internal teams and external partners
Anticipate risks, solve problems proactively, and keep work moving forward
Coordinate key program elements to deliver a polished executive experience
Review materials against brand guidelines and provide feedback as needed
What we’re looking for:
6+ years of experience in business marketing, integrated marketing, field marketing, or related roles
Experience delivering premium experiences for executive or senior business audiences
Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
A self-starter who can work independently and operate with sound judgment
Strong business acumen and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Cultural fluency and a sharp eye for what makes experiences feel elevated, relevant, and distinctive
Ability to apply brand standards and provide thoughtful feedback on materials and experience elements
AI fluency and curiosity about emerging tools and technologies, with the ability to use them thoughtfully to support planning, collaboration, and execution
All interviews will be scheduled and/or conducted by the Pinterest assignment manager. When a finalist has been selected, Magnit or the agency partner will extend the offer and provide assignment details including duration, benefits options and onboarding details.
Benefits Offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
