Job Summary 

This role sits with the Asset Management Services--a division of Raymond James & Associates; this division offers comprehensive asset management services and products for Raymond James financial advisors. Under general supervision, this role will use skills obtained through experience and training to reconcile account activity between multiple sources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviews standard issues, analyzes and interprets data and determines appropriate corrective action.  
• Supports and complies with established policies and procedures.
• Reviews daily tasks for accuracy and completeness. 
• Maintains detailed records/notes to ensure all client requests are logged and completed in a timely fashion.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.      

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of basic customer operations and the financial industry.
• Basic accounting concepts and principles.
• Able to calculate basic equations and enter financial data accurately.
• Interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills sufficient to interact with associates at all levels of the organization.
• Numerical aptitude and critical thinking sufficient to solve operational problems.
• Adhere to a schedule.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Work, Outlook, Excel)
• Adobe skills preferred
• Financial Services industry experience is a plus
• High School Degree or equivalent with at least two (2) years of customer service experience. 
• Past accounting or reconciliation experience preferred.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $18.07/hour - $24.10/hour
