Location: 

Remote, USA only. 9-5 (CST) preferred

Description: 

The Learning Facilitator plays a key role in the design, development, and delivery of training curricula aligned with the Military OneSource program and other assigned projects to ensure that team members develop, maintain, and increase their own technical and/or process knowledge. Creates engaging, effective learning experiences that support team members’ development and organizational goals. The facilitator will inspire and motivate learners, fostering an inclusive and interactive environment where all participants can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Design & Development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, fellow facilitators and Instructional Designers to create curricula grounded in adult learning principles.
  • Update training materials to reflect policy and procedural changes, ensuring content remains current and engaging.
  • Partner with operational leaders to align training content with real-time processes and workflows.
  • Onboarding Program Management
  • Design and manage comprehensive onboarding schedules that support seamless integration into the organization.
  • Align onboarding content with role-specific competencies and performance expectations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience.
  • Training Delivery
  • Facilitate dynamic, interactive virtual learning sessions using best practices in adult education.
  • Clearly communicate learning objectives and guide learners toward achieving them.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for participants of all experience levels and backgrounds.
  • Provide timely, constructive feedback and facilitate opportunities for learners to apply new skills.
  • Performance Monitoring & Collaboration
  • Support in tracking and monitoring learner course completion through LMS reporting.
  • Track learner performance through assessments and collaborate with leadership to address any concerns.
  • Partner with supervisors and quality teams to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance training delivery based on feedback and performance metrics.

Preferred Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word), WebEx, and survey tools (e.g., Slido).
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to deliver content in an engaging and interactive manner.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end onboarding program design and execution.
  • Ability to create role-specific learning paths using diverse instructional methods and tools.
  • Skilled in delivering live virtual training tailored to various learning styles
  • Experienced in designing interactive training modules using Articulate 360.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e,g, SuccessFactors) and virtual training platforms including WebEx.
  • Preferred knowledge or experience working with military personnel, programs and/or standard systems like eCMS.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience (minimum three years in corporate training or curriculum development).

 

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)  

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $31.00/hour-$41.00/hour
