This position is a temporary assignment. As a contractor, you’ll be employed by Magnit, not The Cigna Group or any subsidiaries of The Cigna Group.
 

Location:

Franklin, TN (hybrid 3X/week onsite) preferred. Will consider remote, USA for the right candidate

Responsibilities:
The Agile Program Manager will work with Product Owners across multiple Agile teams to complete the work or development related to active programs/projects. They will serve as a communicative liaison between business operations and technology. 

• Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Program Management matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. 
• Supports the delivery of a strategic program representing a major company initiative by providing central expertise, governance, and control within or independent of a formal Program Management Office (PMO). 
• Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. 
• Manages large cross-divisional or company-wide programs or processes. 
• Interprets internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices. 
• Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions. May lead functional teams or projects. 
• Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines. Recognized internally as “the go-to person” for the most complex Program Management assignments.

Basic Qualifications: 

• Strong executive presence (excellent written and verbal communication skills)
• Relationship management 
• Event Dependency Management (resource alignment; resource management; elimination of resource conflict).
• Ability to understand business and operations needs to create technical solutions 
• Technical acumen 

Other Qualifications: 

• PMP (nice to have) 
• ITIL and service management experience (nice to have) 
• Software Development knowledge (nice to have) 
• Healthcare industry background (nice to have) 

Education: 

Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)  

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $60.00/hour-$80.00/hour
