Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and maintain design files and templates in Figma.
  • Create and update design components, libraries, and style guides.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all design assets.
  • Collaborate with program managers, product designers, and design leadership to support design needs.
  • Assist in the production of high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
  • Organize and archive completed design projects and assets.
  • Provide support in preparing and delivering design presentations.
  • Manage and maintain design files and templates in Figma.
  • Perform detailed quality reviews and updates of Figma components and libraries.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all design assets.
  • Assist in the production of high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and presentations.
  • Provide support in automating and optimizing team processes.
  • Pioneer new ways of working leveraging AI tools.
  • Proven experience as a production designer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, being able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
