Job Summary
The Project Manager (Transformation) is responsible for overseeing and managing transformation projects within the organization. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and align with organizational goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to established goals and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $64.66/hour - $86.21/hour
