Job Summary
The Project Manager (Transformation) is responsible for overseeing and managing transformation projects within the organization. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the organization's strategic objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing risks and issues as they arise.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project updates to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are preferred.
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $64.66/hour - $86.21/hour
