Millions of people around the world come to Pinterest to find creative ideas, dream about new possibilities and plan for memories that will last a lifetime. We’re on a mission to bring everyone the inspiration to create a life they love, and that starts with the people behind the product.

Pinterest’s House of Creative is looking for a Senior B2B Content Strategist to scope, develop, and write best-in-class interactive content for Pinterest’s business site (business.pinterest.com). In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams across the globe to craft digital content that inspires advertisers and agencies to take action with Pinterest. As a member of our multidisciplinary marketing sites team, you’ll also work closely with our engineering, design and localization teams to make sure our sites are inspiring, user-centered and accurate all over the world.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with our marketing sites team to develop world-class digital experiences for Pinterest’s audience of advertisers and agencies
  • Scope and write new landing pages and blog posts, balancing needs from marketing, product and sales with SEO best practices and international requirements
  • Oversee projects that help us better understand our audiences, including competitive analysis, content audits and industry research
  • As part of a team of content strategists and writers, develop more efficient, AI-enabled tools and processes for content creation
  • Roll up your sleeves with our design and engineering teams to determine the right site structure and UI/UX that makes it easy for users to navigate and understand content
  • Own the global content production process from ideation through publish, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned every step of the way
  • Define and track key success metrics, using data to adapt and improve content at scale
  • Help build and refine our content strategy practice, influencing how we measure and expand our impact globally

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in web content strategy and writing for B2B audiences, managing multiple large-scale projects and collaborating cross-functionally
  • A strategic and systems thinker: You can take abstract ideas and ambitious goals and distill them into clear, actionable content plans
  • A dynamic wordsmith: You can quickly internalize our brand voice and tone to write both short-form and long-form copy that’s edgy, urgent and always human
  • Collaborative by nature: You move with velocity in a highly cross-functional environment by gaining alignment among stakeholders and making the tough decisions when needed
  • Experience working within a user-centered design system to determine UI/UX and page flow
  • Proficiency with the tools of the trade, including content management systems (Contentful), design software (Figma) and analytics tools (Tableau)
  • Proficiency with AI tooling for content creation and production, and an experimental mindset
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Nice to have: experience with global content localization
