About the role:
We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic SMB Sales Enablement Program Manager (contract) to support our SMB Sales organization’s growing training and enablement needs.
This role sits within the SMB Program Management team and partners closely with senior leaders from our Global SMB organization, working in lockstep with the SMB Sales Enablement Program Management Lead. It is a 12‑month contract and is primarily focused on operational ownership of our enablement systems and programs—especially our LMS, onboarding operations, surveys, and badges.
You’ll spend your time running structured project plans, owning the day‑to‑day operations of our learning systems, and ensuring our sellers have a consistent, high‑quality learning experience globally. Experience in instructional design and eLearning is a strong plus; this role will regularly modify existing Articulate / Rise content.
