About the role: 

We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic SMB Sales Enablement Program Manager (contract) to support our SMB Sales organization’s growing training and enablement needs.

This role sits within the SMB Program Management team and partners closely with senior leaders from our Global SMB organization, working in lockstep with the SMB Sales Enablement Program Management Lead. It is a 12‑month contract and is primarily focused on operational ownership of our enablement systems and programs—especially our LMS, onboarding operations, surveys, and badges.

You’ll spend your time running structured project plans, owning the day‑to‑day operations of our learning systems, and ensuring our sellers have a consistent, high‑quality learning experience globally. Experience in instructional design and eLearning is a strong plus; this role will regularly modify existing Articulate / Rise content.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Enablement systems & operations
  • Act as a power admin for our LMS: configure learning plans/courses, manage enrollments, and troubleshoot learner access and completion issues.
  • Partner with Learning Tech / IT to log, escalate, and resolve LMS bugs or configuration issues, closing the loop with stakeholders.
  • Maintain the health of badges and certifications, including lapsed-badge audits, error tracking, and renewal/recertification workflows.
  • Onboarding & recurring programs
    • Own the operational rhythm of SMB onboarding (schedules, documentation, coordination with content owners).
    • Lead onboarding audits (annual and in-year), summarizing findings and driving follow-up actions with stakeholders.
    • Keep onboarding materials and communications organized, accurate, and up to date.
  • Surveys, measurement & improvement
    • Configure and maintain onboarding and post-onboarding surveys, and quickly resolve reported issues.
    • Use LMS reports, dashboards, and survey data to spot issues, recommend changes, and track impact over time.
  • Global enablement & localization
    • Submit and track localization requests for SMB onboarding/enablement content; verify localized assets in the LMS and related surveys.
    • Serve as a first-line enablement POC for regional stakeholders on onboarding content, LMS access, and completion/certification questions.
  • Project & content support
    • Build and maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation for enablement initiatives.
    • Update existing eLearning content in Articulate 360 / Rise.

Must-haves

  • 4+ years in Program/Project Management, Sales Enablement, L&D, RevOps, or Business Operations in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Hands-on LMS admin or advanced power-user experience including learning plan setup, enrollments, and reporting.
  • Ability to modify existing eLearning content.
  • Proven experience owning operational workflows and systems for training/enablement programs (e.g., onboarding).
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail; strong comfort with project plans, trackers, and documentation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain complex systems clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/streams, prioritize effectively, and execute with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Comfort learning new tools quickly and following technical instructions for configuration, troubleshooting, and QA.
  • Experience using data and metrics (LMS reports, dashboards, surveys) to diagnose issues and measure impact.

Nice to have: 

  • Equivalent business qualifications / certifications (i.e. PMP, PMI-PBA).
  • Experience with Asana, Docebo and/or Articulate 360
  • Prior experience in sales, technology industry or digital marketing
