We’re looking for a passionate payroll professional to join the Payroll Team as the Payroll Administrator. What you'll do:

  • Maintain payroll records, including new hires, terms, OTPs and LOA payments
  • Support both US and Intl operations as needed 
  • Audit semi-monthly cycles before payrolls are released for processing
  • As necessary reconcile equity transactions and validate accuracy and completion of data prior to transmission to Payroll. 
     
  • Monitor email inquiries from the payroll alias and respond to employees as necessary
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve payroll-related issues
  • 3+ years of payroll administration experience
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and year-end reporting (i.e. benefits, stock options, RSUs, etc.)
  • Experience with Workday Payroll for US and Google Suite

BS degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business, Finance, Legal, or Human Resources. and accounting knowledge is a nice to have, but not necessary.
