Description:

PLEASE NOTE: This is a temporary contractor assignment managed by Magnit.

Millions of people across the world come to Pinterest to find new ideas every day. It’s where they get inspiration, dream about new possibilities and plan for what matters most. Our mission is to help those people find their inspiration and create a life they love. In your contract assignment, you’ll be challenged to take on work that upholds this mission and pushes Pinterest forward.

Job description:

The Pinterest Business Marketing team is made up of highly skilled marketing generalists who flex across strategy, project management, cross-functional leadership, industry thought leadership, event execution, and creative collaboration. Most importantly, we create engaging, inspirational work that captures hearts and minds while driving business impact.

As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will lead day-to-day planning and execution of a premium executive engagement program in Canada from July through October 2026. This role is best suited for a strong business marketer with event execution experience — not a pure event planner. We are looking for someone who can independently manage workstreams, navigate stakeholders, and deliver a polished, high-touch experience for executive audiences.

The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, excellent project management skills, and a sharp understanding of culture, trends, and what makes experiences feel fresh, differentiated, and creatively ambitious. While this role does not own creative development, you should be comfortable working within brand guidelines, reviewing materials, and providing clear, actionable feedback. You should also be comfortable using AI and emerging tools to work efficiently and strengthen execution.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead day-to-day execution of a premium executive engagement program in Canada
  • Manage timelines, workbacks, deliverables, and cross-functional communications
  • Drive alignment across internal teams and external partners
  • Anticipate risks, solve problems proactively, and keep work moving forward
  • Coordinate key program elements to deliver a polished executive experience
  • Review materials against brand guidelines and provide feedback as needed

What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years of experience in business marketing, integrated marketing, field marketing, or related roles
  • Experience delivering premium experiences for executive or senior business audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
  • A self-starter who can work independently and operate with sound judgment
  • Strong business acumen and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Cultural fluency and a sharp eye for what makes experiences feel elevated, relevant, and distinctive
  • Ability to apply brand standards and provide thoughtful feedback on materials and experience elements
  • AI fluency and curiosity about emerging tools and technologies, with the ability to use them thoughtfully to support planning, collaboration, and execution

This is a contract position at Pinterest. As such, the contractor who fills this role will be employed either by our staffing partner (Magnit) or by an agency partner, and is not an employee of Pinterest. Candidates must be based in the Toronto / Greater Toronto Area. This role is remote, but the contractor must be available to attend in-person meetings and key program dates in Toronto as required. All interviews will be scheduled and/or conducted by the Pinterest assignment manager. When a finalist has been selected, Magnit or the agency partner will extend the offer and provide assignment details including duration, benefits options and onboarding details.
