Program Manager, Ads Product Marketing

As a rapidly growing organization, we want to make sure we’re investing strategically in the highest priority business initiatives. We’re looking for a Program and Project Manager to join our Ads Product Marketing Operations team to create and scale efficient processes across Ads Product Marketing and beyond. You’ll implement and maintain systems and tooling improvements, and bring recommendations on how to unlock greater efficiency. You’ll communicate new or improved processes to our team of Product Marketers and cross-functional stakeholders. 

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Manage multiple initiatives centered around enabling the Ads PMM team to work efficiently
  • Focus on outbound (go-to-market) and inbound (voice of customer) initiatives to transform customer insights into actionable roadmap priorities and successfully scale solutions to market.
  • Champion Ads PMM best practices and support teams to operate with greater efficiency.
  • Develop team education to train geographically-dispersed teams on efficient ways of working and collaborating.
  • Pilot new programs leveraging systems to accelerate team velocity.
  • Identify, analyze and document existing channels and propose/implement improvements based on gaps and opportunities identified.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, with aggressive timelines.
  • Report progress - develop and strengthen reporting mechanisms around all our tools
  • React and adjust to new projects as they come up, finding new solutions on the fly.

What we’re looking for: 

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with operations or project management, particularly owning process implementation and improvement.
  • Experience in adtech or related industries is strongly preferred, bringing a deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and client needs.
  • Experience with roadmap, project management, or collaboration tools or wikis like Asana, JIRA, or similar.
  • Organizational wizard with strong attention to detail.
  • Presentation skills for hosting training in support of process change management.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple projects within tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and driving efficient processes at scale.
  • Action-oriented collaborator who can effectively communicate and work with people across different teams, roles, and functions.
  • Ability to operate effectively and autonomously in time critical ambiguous situations with minimum guidance.
  • Salesforce skills a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Active Pinterest user with a strong interest in our product.
