We’re hiring an Ads Measurement Analyst to help grow and scale Measurement support for SMB advertisers. This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, cross-functional execution, and seller enablement. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and communicator who can lead measurement initiatives for priority SMB advertisers, equip sellers to independently navigate measurement conversations, and provide direct measurement support where needed.

What You’ll Do

• Lead SMB account recruitment for Measurement initiatives, including project management, cross-functional coordination, and client-facing support for priority accounts, across North America and Europe
• Run regular seller trainings and create resources that help SMB sellers confidently lead Measurement conversations on their own, across North America and Europe
• Provide Measurement support for priority accounts that fall outside of core recruitment initiatives
• Help improve how the team scales by identifying process opportunities, sharing learnings, and building repeatable ways of working

Use AI to improve your own efficiency in order to effectively scale support to SMB accounts

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of digital ads measurement experience
• Experience in client-facing roles involving technical and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and at ease working with spreadsheets and multiple sources of data to turn numbers into insights
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales teams, product teams, and other members of the Ads Measurement team
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
